Wins don’t always appear the way we expect them to.
We are conditioned to view the art piece showcased at a gallery show as THE win. The action that everyone sees, a large amount of attention given to us at the end of the journey of reaching the goal. Yet what about the rest of it, all of it that came before? Do we not count the grueling building of character in the hardest of frustrating and anxiety-ridden moments as THE win? Or the quiet triumph of sweeping just the right amount of colour and texture on the canvas on the paintings we create?
Like a mosaic, so is THE win—singular beautiful pieces on their own matched side by side to produce a stunning work of art. That is the moment when a true art lover’s breath is taken away.

Or are you yearning to be known, for each piece to be studied and admired, the end product to be called a masterpiece?
